Bredt Eggleston, PresidentWith over 20 years of accounting software experience, Bredt has helped over 250 companies in a variety of industries to find a software solution that fits their specific needs. His experience includes working with manufacturers, distributors, service organizations, project-based companies and non-profits. Bredt specializes in finding ways to improve clients’ businesses through his knowledge of Sage, SYSPRO and Deltek products. He works closely with clients to guide them toward a solution that maximizes their efficiency and profits. Bredt is a member of APICS as well as the Information Technology Alliance (ITA). He graduated from Colorado State University’s College of Business with a Finance and Real Estate degree. Chris Devault, Account ManagerIn the five years he’s spent with ASI, Chris has worked on a variety of projects related to manufacturing, inventory control, route management and Customer Relationship Management systems. Working closely with clients’ existing systems, Chris consults on ways to increase value, functionality and efficiency. He specializes in supply chain management and relationship-building, as well as increasing clients’ profits and margins. Chris is also the lead sales consultant for Sage MAS 500. Chris is a Certified Supply Chain Analyst and member of APICS. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University. Patrick Lien, Sales ConsultantWhen he started at ASI in 2007, Patrick was a Technical Consultant for Sage CRM, performing basic support and implementation tasks. For the last year and a half, he has moved into a sales consulting role, analyzing business processes and recommending ERP applications to suit specific needs. Patrick specializes in distribution and discrete manufacturing companies, as well as project-oriented companies that have inventory. He is the lead sales consultant for Sage MAS 90/200 as well as SYSPRO. Patrick’s consulting experience enhances his collaboration with clients to find and tailor a business management solution to handle both their current and future needs. He is a Certified Supply Chain Analyst and member of APICS. Patrick received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing, from Colorado State University. Rachel Survil, Marketing & Public RelationsAn honors student at Colorado State University, Rachel began her internship at ASI in early 2009. As the main staff writer, she works on the quarterly newsletter, weekly press releases and composition of website content. She also assists in event planning and marketing campaigns. Rachel works with clients on press releases and success stories to publicize their business improvements and successes. She is seeking a Journalism and Technical Communication degree at Colorado State University. She also works as a copy editor at the university’s daily newspaper. Bill Entwistle, Senior Technical ConsultantBill has been helping clients implement financial software systems for over 20 years. As a CPA in the ‘80s, Bill saw a need for financial expertise in the mid-range software market. So he obtained a master’s degree in management information systems to bridge the communication gap between the software engineers and the financial folks. Some of Bill’s software implementation experiences include: Sage MAS500 (formerly Best Enterprise Suite), Syspro Impact Award and Encore, Niku Revenue Manager (formerly Proamics Project Accounting), Sage MAS90, SalesLogix and Open Systems. Bill utilizes his experience and expertise to help mid-range businesses implement and effectively use these accounting, project accounting, manufacturing and CRM tools. Bill is a CPA and member of both APICS and the Project Management Institute. Kate Krueger, Technical Consultant and Support ManagerKate Krueger has managed and consulted on over 70 implementations in the last six years, making her a valuable recent addition to the ASI Leadership Team. Focusing on helping clients streamline their business processes and identify areas to increase efficiency, Kate has helped clients improve their bottom lines and experience effective growth. Specializing in accounting and supply chain management, Kate consults with over 200 clients in industries from manufacturing and distribution to the financial and non-profit sector. Kate concentrates on seeking out areas of inefficiency and providing clients with a cost-effective solution. Kate is a Certified Trainer for Sage Software and regularly teaches classes at ASI’s Fort Collins training facility. Her certifications include Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 Core Accounting, Distribution and Crystal Reports. Kate is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS with emphasis on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, which are designed to improve manufacturing processes and eliminate defects. Kate graduated with two degrees from Colorado State University, one in Business Accounting and one in Equine Science. Diana May, Technical Consultant and Project Implementation ManagerWith over 20 years of consulting experience, Diana has worked on a broad range of projects – from month-long $10,000 projects to a 2 ½ year, $2 million implementation. She is the implementation consultant for Deltek, a project-focused accounting, planning, and tracking software. She also works with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, including Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM. Diana works with clients to map their business processes to new software, allowing them to improve their business with their existing resources. From a project management standpoint, she makes sure that ASI delivers on what was promised, when it was promised, and in within the client’s budget. Diana obtained a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Nebraska, and a Master’s in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University. Mark Regan, IT ConsultantMark Regan has worked on over 60 implementations since his graduation from Colorado State University in 2006. He helps a variety of clients – from cattle farmers to digital music providers - to streamline their business processes for increased productivity at a lower cost. Mark’s specialties include data conversion and custom report writing. Day-to-day, he assists companies with new installs, upgrades, and over-the-phone technical support. Cameron Navo, IT ConsultantCameron D. Navo has consulted on roughly 25 implementations during his two and a half years at ASI. Along with taking care of in-house IT needs, he helps clients by creating custom software applications to add functionality to their ERP systems. This customization seamlessly aligns the software with each client’s unique business processes. Katie Jo Cordes, Client Relations ManagerKatie Jo Cordes has worked in customer service for many years. At ASI, she assists clients with determining their business needs and finding the right resources to assist with upgrades, custom reports, general support and training. Lindsay Duffy, Operations ManagerIn the last two years, Lindsay Duffy has worked with Sage MAS 90, Sage CRM and Deltek Vision internally to ensure ASI’s efficiency for clients. She has also teamed up with the Sales Team as well as the Services Team on various projects to analyze, modify and improve ASI’s processes. Lindsay’s specialties include Administration and Company Operations, and she is a Certified Supply Chain Analyst and Deltek Vision Certified Consultant. She implemented Deltek Vision internally in 2009 to monitor and improve ASI’s implementation process with clients.
