Cash Management
Cash Management enables you to quickly and easily handle and track a wide range of bank transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, adjustments, interest earnings and charges, bank fees, and transfers between bank accounts—with pinpoint accuracy. A key component of Sage MAS 500, the Cash Management module improves efficiency by using the power of automation to streamline transaction processing and reconciliations.
Key functionality:
- Maintain an unlimited number of banks, bank accounts, and user-defined transaction types.
- Import electronic bank files of cleared transactions from your bank account for automatic reconciliation and mark them accordingly
- Define an unlimited number of user-defined transaction types with a default offset account for quick processing of bank transactions
- Process all transactions in batches, whether a batch contains a single transaction or hundreds of transactions

Fixed Assets Accounting
The FAS Asset Accounting family provides easy-to-use fixed asset accounting, depreciation and reporting features for companies needing effective decision-making tools to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. FAS Asset Accounting enables you to manage the entire fixed asset lifecycles of all of your assets from acquisition to transfers and disposals, and maintain reliable, relevant, useful data.

- Use the import/export wizard to import your existing data into the FAS Asset Accounting database and integrate with your General Ledger solution

- Issue payments in any currency
- Extensive drill-down and drill-around capabilities to view all vendor activities, such as vouchers, debit and credit memos, and payments

Fixed Assets Inventory
This solution allows you to thoroughly track your fixed asset inventory, eliminating lost or stolen assets and reducing insurance and tax overpayments. The flexibility of FAS Asset Inventory allows it to support both “Baseline” inventories for creating an initial list of assets, and “Dynamic” inventories for verification of existing assets.
Key Functionality:
- Store photos, documents, and information for each asset including class, acquisition date, GL asset account, and location to eliminate duplication in asset tracking and facilitate clean audits
- Efficiently create and track multiple physical inventories of assets and enjoy complete control over your entire asset inventory at every step
