Sales Order
Analyze detailed pick, pack, and ship information at your fingertips! With Sales Order, you can identify the package in which each item is shipped, print a packing list, and enter carrier tracking numbers for customer service inquiries.
Key Functionality:
- The unique dual grid design allows you to select the fields you normally enter data into for your primary grid, with all other fields easily accessible in the secondary grid
- Large orders shipped over a period of time can be handled easily by issuing new orders against the blanket order to speed shipment and invoice processing
- Order and order history files can save orders after invoicing, save cancelled orders for “lost sale” analysis, and track sales order history
- Enter extended item descriptions for inventory items, miscellaneous items, and special items during sales order entry and invoice data entry

- Purchase orders can be automatically generated for inventory items when on-hand quantities fall below specified reorder levels

Return Merchandise Authorization
With the RMA module, you can easily print or fax notifications to customers and print receiving documents to alert warehouse personnel of pending returns. After the goods are received and inspected, they can be returned to inventory, identified as items for repair, or scrapped. Then, Sage MAS 90 and 200 automatically generate all the appropriate transactions, including credit memos, replacement orders, purchase orders, and vendor returns. This complete, end-to-end solution saves hours of data entry and eliminates the need to search through file drawers for supporting historical documents.
Key Functionality:
- Customers have their choice of returning items for credit, replacement, or repair.
- Actions can be assigned to each item after it is received and inspected
- When the Purchase Order module is integrated with RMA, vendor actions of return for credit or return for replacement can be assigned to each item
- Restocking fees can be assigned by inventory product line or by individual item
- RMA automatically calculates warranty expiration dates based on Inventory Management options and warranty codes

Bar Code
The Bar Code module coupled with Scanco’s Bar Code suite, allows Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 ERP customers to automate their supply chain operations. You can collect data more quickly than ever before, and warehouse and shipping and receiving staff can record bar coded items using completely portable radio frequency (RF) devices.
Key Functionality:
- Bar codes can be printed in either Bar Code 39 or Bar Code 128 format, and can be set up to print to as many as 10 separate printers
- With the click of a button, data transactions are automatically imported to the Sage MAS 90 or 200 database from the RF unit
- Inventory sales, issues, transfer, and receipt information is imported into Inventory Transaction Entry
- You can inquire at any time regarding the status of all inventory items, open purchase orders, and sales orders
- View summary and detailed receipt/invoice information, including header information and line item detail

StarShip Freight
StarShip Freight expands the available shipping solutions for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 ERP systems to efficiently integrate packing and shipping into your fulfillment process. Developed for less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload (TL) shipments, StarShip Freight module shipments are typically placed on pallets and shipped using carriers such as Roadway or Yellow Freight. StarShip Parcel is a separate module developed to ship small to large packages using carriers such as UPS® and Federal Express.
Key Functionality:
- For maximum cost savings, StarShip Freight makes it possible to ship against multiple orders designated for shipment to the same address
- StarShip Freight will automatically create an invoice for each order and conveniently include the associated freight charges and tracking information

- Easily preview the lines of a Bill of Lading (BOL) or drill down by item, order, or package
