ASI would like to extend a sincere thanks to all who participated in the client satisfaction survey conducted this January. Your input helps us prioritize and focus on making the improvements that matter most to you.
This year, the client survey has helped us determine three initiatives to focus on in the coming year.

These initiatives include:

• Improving level of responsiveness
• Bolstering time and project management
• Creating additional helpful resources and materials for clients

“We’d like to say thank you to our clients who participated in the survey,” President Bredt Eggleston said. “Keeping an open dialogue and being proactive in listening to client needs is very important to us. With your input, we are better able to define areas we need to work on.”
