ASI Holds Annual Sage User's Group

Sage User's Group 2009

June 17 marked ASI’s fourth annual Sage User’s Group event, held at the Crystal Rose in Highlands Ranch, Colo. Roughly 30 Sage MAS users attended the event, which featured presentations from members of the ASI team as well as from Sage’s Senior Director of Partner Programs, Rob Johnson. The event also included round table discussions, during which a variety of users – from a cattle company to a music-download service – were able to share their tips and tricks, as well as discuss technical questions with consultants.

“The event was really valuable for end users – they were able to meet and network with other end users, as well as speak directly with consultants,” said Account Manager Chris Devault. “Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves, and we love to see our clients in person.”

The goal of the event was to increase client support, understanding and relationships. At the end, attendees filled out surveys gauging their response to the event.

“It was nice to know [ASI] wanted to take the time to have a more one-on-one meeting to inform their clients of upcoming/updated tools and software,” one anonymous survey stated.

ASI plans to continue the event in the future, for Sage as well as other products. “Lunch and learn” sessions are also being considered to enhance user support and connection.
