Downloading Sage ERP MAS Intelligence

Sage is in the process of introducing their business intelligence tool, Sage ERP MAS Intelligence, or SMI. For many clients, this will be a replacement for FRx as that product is phased out. If you are current on maintenance with Sage, you are entitled to SMI. MAS 500 clients receive four user licenses. Follow these simple steps to download Sage ERP MAS Intelligence:

Go to Sage Online to download Sage ERP MAS Intelligence. If you don’t have a logon, follow the instructions on the logon screen to obtain one.

1. Log on with your user ID and password, and then copy and paste the following URL in the browser window:  http://support.sagesoftwareonline.com/mas500/MAS500_intelligence.cfm.  This will take you directly to the download page.

2. Before you proceed, make sure you have printed and reviewed the Intelligence Installation and Registration Guide.

3. The Sage ERP MAS Intelligence download is a combination of two separate files, the server component and the client component.

4. First click the download button for the server component followed by the client component.

5. Save the server component to the server you wish to install Intelligence to and the desktop component to the four workstations you wish to access Intelligence from.

6. Once installed, Intelligence must be activated by re-registering Sage ERP MAS 500 via the Maintain Site in the System Manager module.
