Tips & Tools - SageCRM -Toolbar in Microsoft Outlook
Where did my SageCRM toolbar go in Microsoft Outlook?

I have been synchronizing my SageCRM and Outlook since the first MAS90 EES release we installed. I find it very handy to be able to switch back and forth between the applications so I can track email and meetings I have with clients and share this information with others on the team.

Every now and then, I open Outlook and the toolbar doesn’t look right. More than once my SageCRM toolbar has ‘gone missing’ next to the standard Outlook toolbar. So, what is the problem and how do I get it back? Hopefully, the toolbar has just been disabled from view and it is easy to add it back to your toolbar. To verify the toolbar is enabled in Outlook, use the Tools menu, then select Customize and verify the CRM Toolbar is checked. Sometimes, this gets turned off when you are customizing the toolbar, or you may have actually closed the SageCRM toolbar. This is a simple troubleshooting tip that can save you from a more lengthy reinstall of your Outlook plugin which is the other option if all your SageCRM functionally disappears from Outlook.
