Project Management

Project Management

ASI utilizes a variety of tried and true tools to keep your implementation running smoothly.

The first is an ASI project manager who works closely with you throughout all stages of your implementation. The project manager monitors your tailored implementation plan, a vital tool developed at the beginning of the implementation process. This plan follows Project Management Institute guidelines, and defines specific roles on both ASI and the client’s side of the equation to clarify tasks and responsibilities. It also lays out a comprehensive timeline to illustrate project dependencies and milestones, revealing the project’s critical path.

It is the project manager’s duty to keep your implementation on track, as well as to inform you of progress – and answer any questions you may have – with weekly communication. Project managers actively maintain the project plan to track your implementation progress and quantify the effort and time that is being utilized on your project.

This accountability approach takes the mystery out of the implementation, allowing ASI and you to work as a team. This way we not only attain the best result, but also build a strong business relationship that lasts long after the implementation.

ASI also offers the added bonus of local service and support to reduce travel costs and answer questions face-to-face, if needed.
