Submit a Support Ticket

ASI is an experienced team of technology and application professionals and our objective is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every service interaction you have with us.  As such, it is our goal to provide you with prompt and expert support. Please complete the following information to log a support ticket and upload any related screenshots or documentation that is relevant to your support issue.

When you request support through ASI, a support ticket will be assigned to your request; if there are no consultants immediately available at the time you submit your request, you will be placed into the queue and connected with a qualified consultant as one becomes available. If you opt into Priority Access, the support ticket will get placed at the top of the standard support ticket queue and will be billed at the Priority Access Rate.

ASI Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm MST. 

ASI will be closed in observance of holidays on the following days:

  • Monday, January 2nd, 2012
  •  Monday, May 28th, 2012
  •  Wednesday, July 4th, 2012
  • Monday, September 3rd, 2012
  • Thursday, November 22nd, 2012 and Friday, November 23rd, 2012
  • Monday, December 24th, 2012 and Tuesday, December 25th, 2012
  • Monday, December 31st, 2012 and Tuesday, January 1st, 2013 

Any support tickets reported during these holidays will be addressed the following business day.

 

Priority Access requests are billed in one hour increments at a rate of $250/hour. In addition, you must call ASI Support to initiate this request:
