ASI is committed to helping our clients utilize their ERP system to its fullest, whether that is in streamlining a process, creating a report, upgrading your system, training a new employee, or as your Software Publisher advocate in working through a technical issue, bug or error message. We are an experienced team of technology and application professionals and our objective is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every service interaction you have with us. 

We provide support that is both appropriate to the issue and in the best interest of your business needs. While there are many support items that fall within the scope of services ASI performs, there are also support items best handled by the software publisher themselves.

Support requests are handled through ASI’s website, by simply clicking the Submit  Support Ticket button on top of the page and completing the required fields. When you request support through ASI, a support ticket is automatically routed to our first available consultant. If consultants are not immediately available at the time you submit your request, you will be placed into the queue and connected with a qualified consultant as one becomes available. We prefer to have each case submitted through the ASI Website so that basic information related to the support incident can be easily managed and routed to the assigned consultant.

ASI clients also receive periodic emails with the information they need to stay current with their system, such as payroll and tax table updates, new system features, and recommendations for system upgrades.
