MAS 500 has a number of methods to import data into the application. The four options are explained below.

1: Classic Data Import Utilities

Each module has a limited amount of classic data import routines, for example AP has a utility to import vendors and vouchers. GL can import GL accounts and transactions. The Classic Data import is very fast and comes with MAS 500. A disadvantage is that this tool requires data to be in specific formats and is heavy on user intervention. This is used for one time data imports.

ASI attended the Northern Colorado Business Report’s Bixpo Event, held September 17 at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Loveland, Colo. The event featured activities including Fittest Execs, 40 Under Forty a Business After Hours networking event.
 

Account Manager Chris Devault attended the event. “With a new location this year, and being a single-day event, I noticed attendance was up. It was good to seem familiar faces as well as new vendors.”

If you are on a previous version of SYSPRO Navigate to: TechAre - UpdatesArchive - Your version of SYSPRO

Download the file to C:ProgramFilesSyspor60aseUpdates on the server.

Log into SYSPRO. It will ask you if you want to install the updates. Say Yes. It will unzip the file – once it’s done click the install button. After it’s done installing it will automatically log you out of SYSPRO. Log back in and allow users to get back in the system.

Tackling the project are Katie Jo Cordes, Client Relations Manager, Ron Zasadzinski, Web Designer, and Rachel Survil, Marketing & Public Relations. Studying the latest information on website development, client needs and web 2.0, the team hopes to create a resource that will benefit both ASI’s current and potential clients.
 

ASI Holds Annual Sage User's Group

Sage User's Group 2009

June 17 marked ASI’s fourth annual Sage User’s Group event, held at the Crystal Rose in Highlands Ranch, Colo. Roughly 30 Sage MAS users attended the event, which featured presentations from members of the ASI team as well as from Sage’s Senior Director of Partner Programs, Rob Johnson. The event also included round table discussions, during which a variety of users – from a cattle company to a music-download service – were able to share their tips and tricks, as well as discuss technical questions with consultants.
